Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • The fee will be fully refunded if notice of cancellation is received by EduMind ten (10) days prior to the first class of the review course. Afterwards, refund will be on a pro-rata basis less a $150 administrative fee. Refunds will only be given upon written request by the student sent via e-mail to registration@edumind.com. There will be no refund for any classes missed or attended prior to Edumind receiving a written course cancellation request.

  • If you are waiting for your exam application approval from State Board to take an exam and find out during the course that you are not eligible to take the exam at this time, you can transfer your registration to our next course without any additional fee. Simply e-mail us the letter from your state board stating that you are not eligible to take the exam at this time. The e-mail should be sent to registration@edumind.com within two weeks from the date of issue of the letter by the state board. If you fail to register or pay the dues to the exam conducting agency by due date and become ineligible to take the exam at this time, then EduMind will assess the cancellation fee per the above refund policy item 1.

  • If you are waiting for your exam results and find out during the course that you have passed the exam, you can withdraw from the course without any cancellation fee. Simply e-mail us the letter from NCARB, PMI, or NCEES stating that you have passed the exam. The e-mail should be sent to registration@edumind.com within two weeks from the date of issue of the letter by your exam distributer. If you fail to submit the letter within the specified time, EduMind will assess the cancellation fee per the above refund policy item 1.

    By enrolling in the Course, You are eligible for full refund equal to the actual course fee you paid for the Course if you meet all of the following conditions:


    a) You have watched, as determined by EduMind, at least 80% of all applicable video recordings;

    b) You took and fully completed the Exam for which the Course was intended on or before seven (7) days after the  Course End Date. (“First Attempt”);

    c) You received a test score greater than zero and did not receive a passing score on the Exam during your First Attempt;

    d) You submitted proof provided by the test provider of the Exam to EduMind that You have timely completed the First Attempt and did not receive a passing score within forty (40) days after your First Attempt;

    e) The proof required under this Policy must be submitted and received by EduMind no more than forty (40) days after your First Attempt.

    f) Upon submission timely and proper submission that you did not pass the Exam on your First Attempt, EduMind will restore your access to the Course for an additional fourteen (14) days (“Extended Access”);

    g) You took and fully completed the Exam for which the Course was intended on or before seven (7) days after your Extended Access Ends (“Second Attempt”);

    h) You received a test score greater than zero and did not receive a passing score on the Exam during your Second Attempt;

    i) You submitted proof provided by the test provider of the Exam to EduMind that You have timely completed the Second Attempt and did not receive a passing score within forty (40) days after your Second Attempt;

    j) The proof required under this Policy must be submitted and received by EduMind no more than forty (40) days after your Second Attempt.; and

    k) You have not previously received a refund or free repeat of a course provided by EduMind within the last eighteen (18) months.


    The money-back guarantee applies ONLY to the original enrollment, and does not apply to any enrollment renewal, all refunds will be paid to the person or entity that originally paid for the Course and in no event shall the refund exceed the amount actually paid to EduMind by you or on your behalf for the Course. In no event shall any refund be provided more than 90 days after your Course End Date.

    PMP Live Online Free Repeat
  •  By enrolling in the Course, You may be eligible for either a free repeat of the same Course through EduMind at no cost or a if You meet all of the following conditions: a) You attended a substantial portion of each and every class for the Course at the time it was presented live; b) You took and fully completed the Exam for which the Course was intended within fourteen days after the Course End Date (“Test Attempt”); c) You received a test score greater than zero and did not receive a passing score on the Exam; d) You submitted proof provided by the test provider of the Exam to EduMind that You have completed the Exam and did not receive a passing score on your Test Attempt; e) The proof required under this Policy must be submitted and received by EduMind within 45 days after your test Attempt; and g) You have not previously received a refund or free repeat of a course provided by EduMind within the last eighteen (18) months. For purposes of this the Live Online Free Repeat Policy, a free repeat shall consists of an additional four (4) months of access.
